Cute nest!
We met some lovely people while we were at the Creative Festival in Toronto, one of which was Ella from Lifeologia. A few months later she blogged about the Li’l Birdie kits and about the amazing chandelier mobile she made, using three Happy Sew Lucky Li’l Birdie kits, which she hung from a circular arrangement of branches painted white. The combo of the sweet fabric birds against the white stick frame and the sparkly little lights was so cute. The chandelier was part of a grand redecoration job on her daughter Gabriella’s bedroom – what a lucky kid!
Today Ella emailed me to say that she has now finished decorating Gabriella’s room and has it entered into Ohdeedoh’s Smaller Cooler competition. And the room is just stunning. She used the bird theme throughout but in a variety of different mediums, artworks, textures and colours resulting in a beautiful eclectic menagerie. It is very sweet indeedy and worthy of your vote in the contest. (Voting only on for 48 hours I think) Swing by and check it out.

Thank you Berene for such a lovely write up – I didn’t expect this

You know what’s funny is that I think your lovely birdies were the first inspiration behind this room
Thanks again!
Ella
